2 Types Of Food Waste Recycling Technology

There are 2 major types of food waste recycling technology in the market, namely the digestor that turns organic waste into grey water or the composter that turns organic waste into fertilizer.

It depends on the output requirement, space, operation resources and etc to determine the right technology to implement.

Both technology enables circular economy where the organic waste returns back as either grey water or fertilizers.

DIGESTORS

The digestor uses an aerobic digestion

process to digest food waste into

effluent that safely discharges into the

sanitary sewer system.

COMPOSTERS

Automated enclosed system that treats organic waste at high temperatures accompanied with our proprietary enzymes. This accelerates the aerobic fermentation process to turn organic waste into fertilizers.

MICROBES

Proprietary biomedia and microbial mixtures are added.

DIGESTION/ COMPOSTING PROCESS

The organic waste is digested into smaller pieces eventually transforming into liquid affluent or fertilizer

DISCHARGE

Effluent is filtered safely through a screen into existing sewage infrastructure for digestors and compost is discharged for composters.
